In the circuit, the shielding inductor mainly plays the functions of filtering, oscillation, delay, notch and so on. It also has the function of filtering signal, filtering noise, stabilizing current, suppressing electromagnetic interference and so on. The common function of inductor in circuit is to form LC filter circuit together with capacitor. The capacitor has the characteristic of "DC and AC", and the inductor has the function of "DC and AC". If the DC with more interference signals passes through the LC filter circuit, the AC interference signals will be consumed by the inductor into heat energy. When the DC current flow through the inductance becomes more pure, the AC interference signal will also be converted into magnetic induction and heat energy, and the high frequency is easy to be blocked by the inductance, thus inhibiting the high frequency interference signal.

      The shielding inductor of the present invention has the characteristics of preventing the passage of alternating current and allowing the smooth passage of direct current. The higher the frequency, the greater the coil impedance. Therefore, the main function of inductor is to isolate and filter the AC signal, or use capacitance and resistance to form a resonant circuit.

      The characteristics of a shielded power inductor are the opposite of those of a capacitor. It prevents the passage of alternating current and enables the smooth passage of direct current. When the DC signal passes through the coil, the resistance is the resistance of the wire itself, and the voltage drop is very small. When an AC signal passes through a coil, a self-induced electromotive force is generated at both ends of the coil. The direction of the self-induced electromotive force is opposite to the direction of the applied voltage, preventing the AC from passing through, so the inductor is characterized by DC and resistance AC, and the higher the frequency, the greater the coil impedance. Inductors usually work with capacitors in a circuit to form LC filters, LC oscillators, etc. In addition, people also use the characteristics of inductance, such as resistance coils, transformers, relays, etc.

SMD wire wound power inductor is an electromagnetic induction component made of insulated wire. It belongs to a common sensing components. The role of SMD inductors: Alternating current through a DC resistor, which is a simple way of saying that the AC signal is isolated, filtered or resonant circuit consists of capacitors and resistors. Inductor tuning and frequency selection function: inductor coil and capacitor in parallel form LC tuning circuit. Any current from a chip inductor in a circuit generates a magnetic field, and the magnetic flux of the field acts on the circuit.

When the current flowing through the chip inductor changes, the DC voltage potential generated in the chip inductor will stop the current change. As the current through the inductor coil increases, the self-induced electromotive force and the current generated by the inductor coil decrease. When the current through the inductor coil is reduced, the self-induced electromotive force and the current are in the same direction, preventing the current from decreasing and releasing energy storage to compensate for the current reduction. The opposite direction of the current prevents the increase of the current, and converts part of the electric energy into the magnetic field, which can be stored in the inductance. Therefore, after the inductance filtering, not only reduces the pulsation of the load current and voltage, but also increases the conduction Angle of the rectifier diode.
