The integrated forming inductor iron powder must be mixed with acetone and other volatile organic chemicals. The organic chemicals are easy to be damp and become caked into granules under the conventional temperature and humidity. When the iron powder cannot be stirred evenly in the preparation, the organic chemicals such as acetone are not completely volatilized in the baking process of the iron powder. Will cause mixed with granular organic synthesis raw material chemical residue die casting into the body of the integrated molded inductor product.

The bulge on the surface of integrated inductor is caused by the evaporation of acetone residual in the inductor. The change of acetone from solid to gas will lead to the formation of a cavity in the inductor, resulting in the change of inductance and the increase of inductance loss. More serious will make the integrated forming inductor internal short circuit, causing serious impact on the circuit.
